Basic Movement For Health


An instructional video for those who do not get enough exercise and want to start a healthy, gentle program they can do in the comfort of their own homes.

If you are sitting too much and want an inexpensive way to gently get back into health, this video is for you. The exercises are taken from healthful tai chi and qigong mevements.

This exercise video is divided into three parts. The first part is the basic movements for legs, trunk and arms. In the second part are bonus exercises meant to get your juices realy flowing. The third part has two sections: the first section is on stress and relaxation with seven thigs you can do to relax. The second puts them together into one simple qigong exercise.

Gene Dreyer is a 5th degree Black Belt in Kung Fu and has practiced these arts of over 35 years. From his experience and training he shares with you simple yet profound exercises for health and well being.
